Growth is a process. Build one that scales.
EntreForce Consulting helps small businesses and entrepreneurs turn hustle into a repeatable growth engine — sharper business development, a sales process your team can actually run, and an offer the market clearly wants.
Founded and led by Matt Maimone — SVP-level operator who has opened markets, built sales teams, and grown revenue lines from six figures to seven.
Three ways we work together
Most growing companies don’t have an effort problem — they have a system problem. These are the three systems I build with you.
Business Development
A pipeline that doesn’t depend on luck, referrals, or one heroic salesperson.
- Account strategy — pick the accounts worth winning and a plan to win them
- Pipeline building — outbound motions, partnerships, and channels that fill the top of funnel
- New-market entry — open a region or segment the way I opened getWizer’s US office
- Deal support — a senior operator in the room for the conversations that matter
Sales Process
From first call to signed contract — defined, teachable, and measurable.
- Process design — stages, exit criteria, and qualification your whole team runs the same way
- Playbooks & enablement — talk tracks, discovery frameworks, and objection handling that get used
- Forecasting & pipeline hygiene — numbers you can plan a business on
- Team structure & coaching — roles, comp, and the management rhythm that keeps it running
Product-Market Fit
Find the customer who needs what you sell — and sharpen the offer until it sells itself.
- Ideal customer profile — who buys, why, and what they’d pay, grounded in real buyer conversations
- Positioning & messaging — say it the way your best customers already describe the value
- Pilot design — structured trials that convert skeptics into committed, paying accounts
- Offer & pricing feedback — product innovation driven by what the market proves, not opinions
Why hire EntreForce? The record, not the pitch.
I’ve done this work from every seat at the table — as the founder-side operator building a market from zero, as the P&L owner running an eight-figure book inside a global firm, and as advisor and acting CEO building the case investors would fund.
Built a market from scratch
Co-opened the US office of an Israeli consumer-insights startup and scaled its revenue 35× — 3,400% growth, from $100K to $3.5M — through account strategy, consulting, and product innovation, not paid acquisition.
Runs a $10M P&L today
As SVP & Service Line Lead for Syndicated Solutions, I own a portfolio I’ve grown from $5M to ~$10M and lead a 12-person team — with committed client pilots putting $15M+ in reach. This is current, operating experience, not a highlight reel from a decade ago.
Built the investment case
Brought in as advisor and acting CEO for an early-stage AI company, I spent six months building the full business plan, financial model, and investor pitch from the ground up — the market sizing, the revenue model, and the story. That work secured two term sheets from investors. The company ultimately chose not to take either one, but the outcome is the proof: a plan and a pitch disciplined enough for investors to commit to, on paper.
That combination is the point: startup scrappiness about finding revenue, big-company discipline about process and forecasting, and an investor’s eye for whether the model actually holds up. Small businesses usually get one of those. EntreForce brings all three.
How an engagement runs
No 90-slide decks that die in a drawer. We diagnose fast, build the system with your team, and stay until it runs without me.
Diagnose
Audit the pipeline, sit in on real sales calls, talk to customers and lost prospects. We find the two or three constraints actually capping growth.
Design
Agree the fix: target accounts, process stages, messaging, pilot structure — sequenced by impact, sized to your team’s real capacity.
Build
Implement alongside your team: playbooks written, cadences running, deals worked live. You learn the system by running it, not by reading about it.
Scale
Measure, tighten, hand over. Advisory check-ins keep the forecast honest and the process improving after the build phase ends.
Is this the right fit?
Honest answer up front — I’d rather tell you now than bill you later.
EntreForce is for you if…
- You sell B2B — a service, a platform, or expertise — and growth has stalled or feels random
- Revenue depends on you personally, and you need a process that works when you’re not in the room
- You’re entering a new market or segment and want someone who has opened one before
- You have a product customers like, but can’t yet say precisely who it’s for or why they buy
Probably not the right fit if…
- You want a deck or a strategy document without implementation — I build working systems
- You need a full-time employee; EntreForce is project and advisory work
- Growth is purely a paid-marketing problem — that’s a different specialist, and I’ll say so

The operator behind EntreForce
I started EntreForce — “Supporting Small Biz and Entrepreneurs for Scale” — because the companies that most need senior sales leadership are usually the ones that can’t justify hiring it full-time.
My career has run on one track from both ends. At getWizer, an Israeli startup, I co-opened the US office with the founder, hired the team, and grew revenue from $100K to $3.5M through account strategy, consulting, and product innovation. At Ipsos, I run a syndicated-solutions portfolio of roughly $10M — up from $5M — leading a team of twelve, with committed pilots pointing past $15M.
Most recently, as advisor and acting CEO at Revelio AI, I spent six months building the company’s full business plan, financial model, and investor pitch — work that secured two term sheets, even though the company chose not to take either. It’s the same skill set, applied at the earliest stage: is the market real, does the model work, and can you tell the story clearly enough that someone else will bet on it?
What that means for you: advice that has survived contact with real quotas, real hiring, real P&L pressure — and real investor diligence. When I recommend a sales stage, an account plan, or a pilot structure, it’s because I’ve run it and been measured on the result.
